Dinesh Gagnani - Founder & Principal Consultant
A Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD – ATD, USA), who has deep, hands-on experience of more than 14 year in Learning and Talent Development space.
Our founder has successfully led the design and implementation of comprehensive L&D strategies, competency frameworks, and digital learning ecosystems. With extensive expertise in training delivery, instructional designing, content creation, and talent development, he has played a pivotal role in establishing L&D functions and delivering impactful HRMS, LMS, and eLearning projects for two leading insurance organizations in Oman.
